What you will need in addition to your call package:

  • Dedicated broadband (Whilst this is not strictly necessary for small users it is highly recommended)

  • Router

  • Switch (depending on the number of users)

We will advise you on your exact requirements following a site visit by our engineer. You will not be under any obligation to proceed until you have agreed and signed our contract.

One of the biggest savings with VoIP is the reduction in the number of lines needed. We normally estimate 1 call taking place for every 3 handsets. Therefore if you have 10 users we would allow for 3-4 calls being in progress at any one time. One broadband connection will easily cope with this volume and so save you the cost of 2-3 extra lines.
